MIRACULOUS

Al Ikhlãs,also known as the Declaration of God’s Unity and Al-Tawhid,

is the 112th chapter of the Quran.

This Surah is equal in value to a third part of the whole Quran. Here the artist wanted to create a modern abstract backdrop to blend with beautiful contemporary Arabic calligraphy.

Artwork was given a 3D texture with mixed media techniques using gold leaf, metallic powders and modeling paste, which results to a rich hand embellished beauty that becomes an eye catching focal point in the space being constant but silent reminder of God.
